For pediatric therapy clinics
Know how home practice went before the next visit.
Build on the activities your therapists already use. Families check in with a one-letter text and add a quick note when something stands out, so the next session starts with what helped, what was hard and what to try next.
See Sulo in 15 minutes. No prep needed.

One example
One week, from the clinic to home and back
The first minutes of a visit often go to "so, how did it go at home?" Here's what it looks like when the answer is already there. Mia and Ms. Rivera are fictional.
- 1 Monday · In the clinic
Start from a handout you already use
Ms. Rivera takes the stretch sheet her clinic has used for years and sends it to Mia's family as a picture-first activity.
- 2 That week · At home
The family checks in, in their own words
Mia's mom answers the evening text with a Y. On Wednesday she adds a note: breakfast worked better than after school, and the left side still tires.
- 3 Tuesday · Back in the clinic
The visit starts where the week left off
Before Mia walks in, Ms. Rivera has read the week. The session starts with the left-side reach instead of "so, how did it go?"
Getting started
Start with one family.
Choose an activity you already send home. We'll help you set it up in Sulo and show you what the family sees and where their updates appear before the next visit.

Keep your existing EHR
Sulo sits alongside it for the home side of care. Records export as CSV when you need them in the chart. No integration project.
No app needed to check in
Families can answer a text with one letter. The app is there when they want to add a note or a photo.
Practical questions
The questions clinic owners ask us first
Something else on your mind? Ask it on the call, or send us a message.
Do we have to replace our EHR?
No. Keep your existing EHR. Sulo handles home practice and the family's check-ins, and exports records as CSV when you want them in the chart. It isn't a native integration, and it doesn't need to be.
We've spent years building our materials. Do we start over?
No. Start with one activity your team already uses. We'll help you set it up, and you can add more as it proves useful.
Will parents really use another app?
They don't have to download one to check in. Families get a text reminder at a time they choose and can reply with a single letter. Up to three caregivers can get the texts. The app is there for notes, photos and the full activity with pictures.
Will this feel like we are monitoring families?
It shouldn't. Families tell you what happened in their own words, and missed days aren't marked against them. The goal is a useful conversation at the next visit, not a perfect record.
Is family information protected?
Sulo is HIPAA-compliant. We sign a BAA with every clinic, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and family consents are e-signed during onboarding.
What am I agreeing to if I book?
Fifteen minutes with the Sulo team. You'll see one example from clinic to home and back. No prep needed. A demo is a conversation, not enrollment in a pilot.
